The company delivered this item promptly but when we tried to erect it we discovered that the plastic joints holding the metal poles together are so flimsy that they all cracked. This sort of tent should take about 30 minutes to put up but we abandoned our attempt after 2 and half hours! Went to Homebase and bought one of their's for the same price and that worked brilliantly!. Charles Direct collected the faulty tent and gave a full refund which was good.

This is very flimzy so do not attempt to put up on a windy day - we did and the plastic brackets split.
